The Career Transition Launchpad service is the starting point for the mid-career professional who wants to successfully accelerate their career change journey. This is for those who feel disciplined enough to independently follow through with a personalized strategy and are seeking short-term coaching for goal and milestone setting and developing an implementation roadmap. This plan lays the foundation and strategy to act on your career transition plan with confidence. I will: - Assess where you are in your work life, your current values, strengths, and pain points - Help establish/refine your transition goal, identify limiting beliefs that may block progress - Collaborate with you to create an action plan; empowering you to bridge the gap between your current reality and your envisioned future. This plan includes: - Kick-starting your transition journey with a complimentary Exploration Session! We'll have a friendly chat to dive into your specific needs and determine if my services are a fit for you. - Focus areas can include job seeking, career advancement, change exploration and design - An assessment and goal-setting session to clearly define your foundational goal - Strategy development session customized for your unique situation - A planning session on how to navigate your customized roadmap that helps you achieve your goal - A check-in between sessions to provide follow-through support and resources, and two post-service support check-ins - A launch session that revisits your original goal and progress with wrap-up coaching on moving forward *This service may also be a good option for the professional interested in working with a coach but is not yet ready to commit to a more comprehensive coaching service and wants to test the waters. Cancellation Policy
Client Registration and Service Policy 1. Commitment to Coaching Process Clients are encouraged to approach coaching with an open mind, a readiness to engage, and a commitment to their personal growth and goals. 2. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Your privacy is of utmost importance, and no details will be disclosed without your explicit consent, except as required by law. 3. Payment and Scheduling Payment Terms: Payments are due before the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment plans may be available, just select 'Klarna' as your payment option. Otherwise, full payment may be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session rate. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds: Coaching is a forward-focused process, and refunds are generally not offered once a package or session has started. Clients may cancel a package with at least seven days' notice before the first session for a full refund. 4. Commitment to Sessions Each coaching session is an investment in your goals. Please come prepared with a goal in mind, relevant documents (i.e., resume, cover letter, performance reviews, recognition/award documents, and any other documents that can inform/assist with your career coaching process) and ensure minimal interruptions for a productive session. 5. Client Responsibility While the coach asks insight-provoking questions and provides tools, feedback, and guidance, the client is ultimately responsible for implementing their action steps and changes. Progress depends on the client’s commitment and follow-through between sessions. 6. Testimonials and Feedback Client testimonials are greatly valued. With the client's permission, feedback may be used to inspire others considering coaching, ensuring the client’s comfort and confidentiality.
